You are encouraged and welcome to share and promote your role and responsibilities. But beyond the title, I seek to know — and highlight — the person, the human being whose importance is too often overlooked.

You Are More Important Than the Episode

Your story belongs to you. This is not a space for sensationalism. Words are never taken out of context, and no one is invited to be exposed negatively or attacked. Editing is done to clarify and beautify but never to distort. Honoring the steps of your journey, with respect, is at the very heart of this podcast.
